This is a very smart trick in selling a menu, don’t you think? We had lunch at local Pizza Hut and the waitresses who took orders were all walking around with a pamphlet cliped on the chest.
The other tables, I noticed, ended up ordering Shrimp Kress, which in fact was not that special – just small shrimps deep fried in batter and served with tartar.
